Desalination - needed or not???
On Tuesday, October 2nd at 6:30pm there is a public meeting regarding the Water Purchase Agreement for the proposed Carlsbad desalination plant. This meeting will be held at the San Diego County Water Authority, at 4677 Overland Avenue.
